Traits
Flowers (Restricted)
A secondary marking.
Your elkh (bep or sono) has markings that resemble flowers (flowers only; standard color rules apply- see design guide).
-Up to 3 flower types
-Must be solid color and not appear to be a human drawn picture of a flower with outlines etc; think spots! (though outline trait could provide a general outline on the outer edges)
Markings should be solid color, but detail can be achieved by utilizing negative space.
Forest Floor (Restricted)

Mimic (Restricted)
A full coat marking that may also effect the mane (but, if so, must still fall within mane traits- ombre, mane spot, streak, etc), does not change physical traits.
A restricted (non-breedable) trait that allows your elkh to take on the markings of a real-world mammal or bird if they are not already available as traits/combination traits. Standard color rules apply.
If submitting a MYO with the mimic trait please include the name of the animal you are mimicing in the comment section of the submisson process.
Neapolitan (Uncommon)
A secondary marking.
A marking divided into three clean sections of color, typically with a light, medium, and dark shade with the light shade always being in the middle.
Paint (Restricted)
A secondary marking.
Markings painted/dyed on by humans. A sign of status of pet or working class beps.
Pictus (Rare)
A secondary marking.
A wild smattering of light and dark markings reminiscent of a real-world African wild dog. (typically 3 shades: dark patterning with light splotches inside on top of a base color*. Reference the masterlist for examples and/or check photos of Lycaon pictus)
*Note: If layered with other traits the base color may be a different primary marking such as fade, sunset or reverse.
Piebald (Uncommon)
This is a secondary trait.
Piebald is a real life phenomenon you can read about here. If you use the piebald marking, no other markings may overlap it because it is a lack of pigment (rather than just white spots). Piebald should appear natural and not in straight geometric shapes/lines or other perfect shapes.
See examples in the masterlist if making a MYO design. Must be white or off-white.
