Matsudachi
Matsana Jungle Eats

This wrinkly green fruit has so many seeds! It's frequently the subject of festival guessing games. As a fruit, it's very sour, so most habapi don't eat it by itself, but it makes for the perfect finishing touch in many dishes, and its zest is heavenly. Ferment slices in a palmnut shell with an equal amount of honey, though, and the flavor really mellows out into an excellent tea.
