A rare find, stellarooms are marvelous grilled or raw. That said, it takes a skilled chef to make a stellaroom steak that isn't rubbery, so they often make great centerpieces for meals, considering their little star shape! Just a little bit of chopped stem adds plenty of savory flavor to a dish, and a less skilled cook can make a hearty and delicious patty with them.
